These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at www.daeyla.com (the "Site"), operated by Daeyla LLC ("Daeyla," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is an informational website about Daeyla and its software products. Each Daeyla product, including NCLEX Simulator, TEAS Dojo, CPHNPrep, Kithpost, TapHum, PaidField, PrivateLingo, and DuoTiles, is offered under its own separate terms of service and end user agreements. Those product terms govern your use of the products themselves, not these Site Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, the Daeyla name and marks, product names, and design, are owned by or licensed to Daeyla LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Do not attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
Do not use automated means to scrape, harvest, or overload the Site in a way that interferes with its normal operation.
Do not misrepresent your affiliation with Daeyla or use our marks in a misleading way.
